Delivery information
We dispatch from our Manchester warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day.

Large items such as garden furniture sets and trampolines are delivered by specialist courier and may require a signature. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
Returns & refunds

Pack your item
Repack the item in its original packaging where possible. Include your order number inside the parcel.
Send it back
We'll email you a prepaid returns label. Drop it at any Royal Mail post office or collection point.
Refund issued
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue your refund within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Personalised or assembled items may not be eligible for return. Please see our full returns policy for details.
